When to replace your toothbrush

January 6, 2023

When it comes to replacing your toothbrush, there's no need to wait for an official "toothbrush replacement holiday" to roll around. In fact, it's recommended that you swap out your brush every three to four months, or as soon as the bristles start to be frayed or bent.

But why wait for your brush to show signs of wear and tear? Make it a fun challenge to replace your toothbrush on a set date, like the first day of every season or your birthday. You could even make a game out of it and set a reminder on your phone with a goofy, toothbrush-themed alarm.

Another way to make replacing your toothbrush more fun is by experimenting with different types of brushes. For example, you could try out a brush with a unique handle or bristle pattern. Or, if you're feeling adventurous, you could even try using a "smart" toothbrush with built-in sensors that track your brushing habits.

So don't wait for your brush to fall apart - make toothbrush replacement a fun, regular part of your oral hygiene routine. Your teeth will thank you!
